  • Puzzles and Problem Solving - 6 lessons, 30 units, 456 questions. Sudoku, Roman numerals, binary and other bases, anagrams and codes, magic squares and number pyramids, and multi step word problems.

The order is the point. Most families buy a topic because it came up in a mock and their child got it wrong, which fixes the symptom and leaves the cause alone. A child who is shaky on place value will keep losing marks on decimals, rounding, money and long division, and no amount of decimal practice will settle it. This course is numbered so you can start at lesson 1, or find the last topic your child is genuinely confident with and pick up from the next number down.

How it works:

  • You get one link to your course page, which lists all 80 lessons in teaching order. Bookmark it and it is your whole library.
  • Every lesson opens on any screen, phone, tablet or laptop, with nothing to install and nothing to print.
  • Each unit starts with a worked example your child clicks through one line at a time, so they see the method being built rather than a finished answer.
  • They try the practice questions on paper, then tap to check their own answer. Questions are colour-coded easy, medium and hard, and there is a reveal-all option when you want to mark a full page at once.
  • Every lesson finishes with a mixed challenge that pulls from all of its units, so your child has to decide which method the question needs before they start.
  • Many lessons carry an interactive tool your child works with rather than reads: a place value slider, a bar model builder, a Venn region lab, a pie chart plotter, a sudoku arena and more.

New lessons are added to this course free. We are still writing lessons, and every new one lands on the same course page you already have. You buy once and the library keeps growing.

Use this if:

  • Your child is in Year 4 to Year 11 and you would rather own the whole syllabus than buy a topic at a time.
  • You are preparing for the 11+ and want a teaching order to follow instead of guessing what to cover next.
  • Your child is at secondary school and there are gaps further back that are quietly costing marks now.
  • You want something your child can check their own work with, rather than one more thing on your to-do list.
  • You are home educating and need a full maths spine for the year.

What parents say

My son has been having 11+ Maths tuition with Aadam and the improvement in his confidence and ability has been noticeable. Aadam breaks down challenging topics in a way that’s easy to understand and ensures concepts are fully grasped before moving on. The sessions are focused and well planned.
F. Khushi · January 2026
Aadam, the tutor has a lovely mannerism and has made my daughter feel at ease. He explains the question in a way that she understands and is patient with her. She has already seen the results at school from his help and has gone up two GCSE grades in a short period of time.
P. Flower · December 2024
Aadam is the best maths tutor I’ve ever had! His online maths lessons are easy to follow, and he always breaks down difficult topics into manageable parts. Thanks to Aadam’s tutoring, I’ve gone up two grades in maths and feel ready for my GCSE exams!

FAQs

How do I access the lesson?

You'll get an email with your lesson link as soon as payment goes through. Click it to open the lesson in any browser, no login and no app to install.

How does the marking work?

There's no typing answers into a box. Your child works it out on paper, then clicks to reveal the correct answer and checks their own work. Full working is shown too, not just the final answer, so mistakes are easy to spot.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?

It works best on a tablet or laptop, where there's more room to read the examples and questions. It'll open on a phone too, but the text and diagrams can feel quite small on a smaller screen.

Can I use the lesson more than once?

Yes. There's no limit on how many times you open the link, so it's there for revision right up to the exam.

What if I lose the link or don't get the email?

Email info@shlc-tutor.co.uk and we'll resend it straight away.
