About this lesson
By the end of this lesson your child can measure, identify, and calculate any angle question on the paper. From naming angle types through to forming and solving equations from angle facts, they'll know instantly which method it needs.
Topics covered:
- Identifying angle types, acute, obtuse, right, straight, and reflex
- Measuring angles accurately with a protractor
- Working with reflex angles, angles greater than 180°
- Finding missing angles on a line, at a point, and using angle facts
- Forming and solving equations from angle facts, for example (2x + 20) + (x + 40) + 90 = 360
