11+ Mock Interview | Online Practice Interview, Written Feedback & Action Plan | SHLC

The one thing home practice cannot give your child is a stranger in the chair. You are still Mum or Dad. Your kitchen is still your kitchen. Your child knows both, and the real interview room will be neither.

This is the full dress rehearsal. A realistic 11+ mock interview, run online, with honest feedback while it is fresh and a written action plan so you know exactly what to practise in the time you have left.

How it works:

• 1 hour 15 minutes online, with your child and you. The mock interview itself runs the way schools run them, unfamiliar adult, warm register, the follow-up probes real interviewers use. Then we talk through how it went while it is still fresh.
• Questions weighted to your target schools. A warm conversational interview for one kind of school. Thinking-aloud tasks, opinion questions and curveballs for the competitive ones. Tell us where you are applying and the mock matches it.
• Written feedback and an action plan. After the session you get written feedback on your child's answers and a plan for improving them. What to praise, what to nudge, and what to leave alone.

• Your child has an 11+ or independent school interview coming and has never answered questions from an unfamiliar adult under interview conditions
• Home practice keeps collapsing into coaching, or your child will not take Mum or Dad seriously across the kitchen table
