    1. Take 1000 (M) twice, leaving 24, so far MM
    2. Take 10 (X) twice, leaving 4, so far MMXX
    3. Take 4, written IV because I in front of V means one less than five
    4. Put the letters together:2024 = MMXXIV

    Answer: MMXXIV
