    1. Convert to decimals:1/2 = 0.5, 0.45 stays, 40% = 0.4, 3/8 = 0.375
    2. Order the decimals: 0.375, 0.4, 0.45, 0.5
    3. Write them back in original form: 3/8, 40%, 0.45, 1/2

    Answer: 3/8, 40%, 0.45, 1/2
