How to play Box Clever
Fill the grid so every row and every column uses each number once. Thick lines split the grid into boxes. The clue in a box's corner, like 7+ or 2−, tells you what its numbers make. A 7+ box adds up to 7.
Box Clever is our own KenKen-style puzzle. You may know the idea as calcudoku or mathdoku. It starts with adding on a 3 by 3 grid, then take away, times and divide join as the grids grow. Like puzzles? Try Squared Away or our maths games.
