Eight Weeks. Proper Depth. Real Results.
Eight sessions with an experienced specialist teacher, each 45 minutes, covering a subject in real depth. Choose one session per week or two per week if you need to move faster. Book any time of year.
What This Is
Eight sessions with a specialist teacher, each 45 minutes, working through a subject with enough time to cover several topic areas properly. Where the 4-Week Sprint is tight and targeted, the 8-Week Sprint gives room to move. You can cover more ground, go deeper on the topics that need it, and still have time to revisit and consolidate before it ends.
Choose one session per week across eight weeks, or go with two per week to cover the same ground in four weeks.
Choose Your Pace
Standard
- One session per week
- More time to practise between sessions
- Suits students without an urgent deadline
- Good for building foundations steadily
Intensive
- Two sessions per week
- Content stays fresh between sessions
- Suits students with a mock or exam coming up
- Progress compounds faster week on week

How It Works
Your teacher confirms the subject and priority topics with you before starting. You also pick your pace: one session per week or two. If you are unsure what to focus on, they will work that out from a short conversation or any recent mock results you can share.
Each 45-minute session runs online via Google Meet. The first few sessions establish the foundations. The middle sessions extend and deepen understanding. The final sessions focus on applying knowledge under exam-style conditions. Short practice tasks are set between sessions.
After the final session, your teacher gives an honest view of where your child is, how far they have come, and whether ongoing monthly tuition would be worth continuing with.

Common Questions
What is the difference between Standard and Intensive?
Both cover eight sessions. Standard runs one session per week over eight weeks, giving more time to practise between lessons. Intensive runs two sessions per week over four weeks, so the content stays fresher between sessions and progress builds faster. Intensive suits students with a deadline coming up. Standard suits students who want to work steadily without pressure.
How is this different from the 4-Week Sprint?
More sessions, more topics, more depth. The 4-Week Sprint works well when there is one specific topic to target. The 8-Week Sprint suits students with broader gaps, bigger grade targets, or more than one area that needs work.
Can sessions be rescheduled?
Yes, with at least 24 hours notice. The Sprint covers eight sessions total regardless of the dates they fall on.
What happens at the end of the eight weeks?
Your teacher gives an honest view of where your child is and what they recommend next. You can move onto a full monthly programme, book another Sprint, or finish there if the goals have been met. There is no pressure to continue.
Does it matter which exam board my child is on?
No. We cover AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Eduqas and IGCSE. Confirm the exam board at booking and sessions are tailored accordingly.
